ANTIOCH, California (CNN) -- Customers of the printing group knew her as "Allissa."
Jaycee Dugard was kidnapped at 11 and kept unseen for 18 years in a backyard parasynthesis, authorities say.
They spoke to her down well-defined devise, problem cards and fliers, and delineate her as professional, respectful and responsive.
"She was ever after virtuous at getting us what we wanted," said Ben Daughdrill, who acclimatized to own a jettison hauling business. "You got the idea she was doing all the work."
But "Allissa," authorities report, was really Jaycee Dugard, kidnapped 18 years ago from her abode in South Lake Tahoe, California.
Her identity was discovered earlier this week and her claimed kidnappers -- 58-year-old Phillip Garrido, a registered sex miscreant, and his 55-year-old strife Nancy -- were arrested.
