ANTIOCH, California (CNN) -- Customers of the printing group knew her as "Allissa."
Jaycee Dugard was kidnapped at 11 and kept hidden for the purpose 18 years in a backyard compound, authorities say.
They spoke to her around graphic devise, problem cards and fliers, and delineate her as professional, diplomatic and responsive.
"She was eternally admissible at getting us what we wanted," said Ben Daughdrill, who habituated to to own a junk hauling business. "You got the idea she was doing all the work."
But "Allissa," authorities speak, was in the end Jaycee Dugard, kidnapped 18 years ago from her home in South Lake Tahoe, California.
Her distinctiveness was discovered earlier this week and her purported kidnappers -- 58-year-old Phillip Garrido, a registered sex outlaw, and his 55-year-old wife Nancy -- were arrested.
